Wiking 051844 H0 HGV Scania Stake semi-trailer, signal yellow/carmine red

The Scania L111 stands for the typical hood trucks the Swedes built into the eighties. At that time, the traditional double name "Scania-Vabis" had just dropped out. Wiking miniaturized the Swedish tractor in the last series version, when the exhibition windows were already history on the prototype. The model debutant of the Scania semitrailer appears in the same color design as the Swedish truck farmer sent him to the track for the advertising appearances at the time. Of course, Wiking attaches great importance to fine engraving again. The cab and bonnet are fitted with an integrated grille, while the three windows and side window rounding appear glazed on the rear of the cab. The cab sides have a handle, but also the engravings of door handles, body surrounds and rain barrel have been designed by prototype. The roof of the cab can be used for various functions such as the insertion of warning lights or roof signs. The fenders are fitted with a step with longitudinal engraving, while the recessed headlights are filigree with a marker engraving. The headlights are designed as a concave surface.Tractor with yellow driver's cab and red-printed cab roof, Chassis and rims yellow, interior fittings brown. Radiator grill carmine red printed.
