ACV 342501-0-p connection terminals & single wire connector 20 mm single wire polypropylene branch
The single-latch branch construction enables a safe splice method and a fast, solder-free cable connection for the field wiring.
The polypropylene insulation provides electrical separation and enables handling during installation without deformation at normal temperatures.
The electrolytically tin-plated brass contact ensures low contact resistance and reduces the risk of corrosion in the electrical connections.
The compact 20 mm housing enables a clean cable management in cramped housings and simplifies the integration in cable harnesses.

Description
This single-wire terminal connector is a compact connector for connecting branch lines without soldering. It works by inserting a single conductor and a passage conductor in the one-lug contact, which binds the conductors together and ensures electrical conductivity via a chrome-plated brass contact. The insulating sleeve encloses the connection and provides dielectric separation. At the same time it enables a quick manual or tool-supported mounting. Typical applications are the electrical maintenance and installation of conductors, where fast and repeatable connections are necessary in switching cabinets, distribution boxes and equipment housings, particularly in confined spaces and where a solderless method is preferred
