Description

The Aliencell X1 laser cutting machine with 20 W diode laser offers a working area of 610 x 465 mm for large-scale projects and series production in the B2B area. The system supports the processing of over 300 different materials and enables an independent offline operation through an integrated 6.86-inch touch panel (including 8 GB memory).

High processing speed
With a maximum acceleration of 20,000 mm/s² and AI vibration compensation, the device enables stable and rapid engraving processes. The maximum cutting speed at a pass is 9 mm/s for this 20 W model (tested on 3 mm Basswood).

Camera-supported positioning
Two integrated 8 MP cameras with AI distortion correction work together with a cross laser positioning. This makes it easier for the user to align the workpieces in real time.

Built-in security features
The laser engraver is equipped with 10 flame sensors, open flame detection and continuous PM10 air monitoring. The sensors react immediately if there are impacts, inclines or open covers. A power failure does not result in loss of data, since the engraving can then be continued.
