If the tester detects that a device is connected to the system under test, it stops the insulation test to help prevent accidental damage. The 1664 FC tester also has Fluke Connect ®, so you can send the test results to your smartphone and collaborate with others. Auto Test performs seven test steps at the touch of a single button, reducing the number of manual connections and reducing the likelihood of errors.

Insulation pre-test:Protect the electrical systems. Avoid costly mistakes.

The Fluke 1664 FC Installation Tester is the only "insulation pre-test" instrument of its kind that warns you of potentially serious and costly errors. If the tester detects that a device is connected to the system being tested, it stops the insulation test and provides a visual warning. This helps you avoid accidental damage to peripherals and saves you from unnecessary problems with your customers.
