FRITZ! FRITZ!Box 6860 5G Wi-Fi modem router Built-in modem: 5G, LTE, UMTS 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz

High-speed Internet via 5G for indoor and outdoor use
The new FRITZ! Box 6860 5G brings the ultra-fast 5G-mobile Internet up to 1.3 GBit/s in the wireless home network. As a fixed wireless access solution, it supports both 5G (NSA, SA) and LTE. With high performance WLAN Mesh with Wi-Fi 6 it distributes the data with up to 3 GBit/s wireless in the whole house. Thanks to its compact design and power and data supply via Power over Ethernet, the versatile FRITZ! Box 6860 5G can be used both indoors and outdoors. A DECT base station for telephony and Smart home applications rounds off the versatile range of services.

High-speed mobile Internet with 5G – well connected everywhere in Europe
The FRITZ!Box 6860 5G supports 5G standalone (5G-SA) and 5G non-standalone (5G-NSA) and also covers 4G and 3G. It is therefore perfect for use in Europe and also gets the Maximum out of the 4G network in regions without 5G network expansion thanks to LTE Advanced Pro (category 19). Carrier aggregation - the flexible combination of cells from different frequency ranges - and Dynamic Spectrum Sharing (DSS) permit optimum connections in almost all network constellations. The four wireless antennas of the box enable connections with 4 x 4 MIMO for even more bandwidth-intensive simultaneous applications on the home network. A nano SIM slot is the only other physical interface besides LAN.

Independent power supply, flexible use and easy to install
With its own power supply via Power over Ethernet and the upright casing, the compact FRITZ! Box 6860 5G can be installed flexibly in the home, on the wall, window or outdoors; the weather resistance is ensured by IP54 compliance. A housing adapter for the outdoor use as well as a PoE-power supply are included in the delivery. Along with the signal-LEDs the practical alignment help also supports the optimum adjustment of the FRITZ!Box 6860 5G. The Connect button on the sides lets you easily register WLAN, DECT and other mesh devices.

WiFi Mesh Comfort with Wi-Fi 6
The FRITZ!Box 6860 5G offers speeds of up to 2,400 (5 GHz) and 600 MBit/s (2.4 GHz) with Wi-Fi 6. As a WLAN mesh center, it provides the best network coverage by creating a common network (mesh) of all FRITZ! Devices and optimizing WLAN performance. For outdoor installation, it can be combined with a FRITZ!Repeater or another FRITZ!Box (e.g. FRITZ!Box4050) via the LAN connection on the provided PoE power supply unit to improve the WLAN and DECT supply indoors.

Versatility for telephony and Smart home
The FRITZ!Box 6860 5G integrates a DECT base station that enables Smart home and telephony applications. Up to six cordless phones can be used, and ten IP telephones can be used via the internal SIP registrar. Telephony is done via the mobile telephone number of the SIM card by means of VoLTE/vor alternatively via VoIP/SIP. Up to five answering machines, one fax machine and SMS are integrated and messages can be forwarded via e-mail. Even door entry systems can be connected via DECT or IP/SIP.
