LUKAS-ERZETT A10071230609 Planer Steel Rounded cone Product size (Ø) 12 mm Working length 30 mm Shank diameter 6 mm

Process aluminum with razor-sharp blades
Even in the most extreme applications, cutting breaks are very rare
Thanks to facet gearing, the cutting edges remain sharp for longer: Less force is required when working and the machine wear is low
Thanks to a maximum cross-section of the cut, no effort is required when working.
High clamping volume through coarse serration for quick working
Very smooth tool with few vibrations and without rattling thanks to optimized clamping angle
Razor-sharp blades for a very high clamping volume in a short time
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
Perfect surface result through facet gearing
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
The razor-sharp blades of the cutter pin Z9 aluminum produce an impressively high chip volume on soft aluminum types and alloys. The large cross-section ensures fast, efficient working and a large clamping volume. Even in the most extreme applications, the Z9 aluminum only causes cutting edge breakouts in exceptional cases and the simultaneous Hohem chip volume and an optimized chip angle. The fact that this burr has been faceted teeth makes all this possible. The high-quality steel shaft of the milling pin fits optimally in the drive machine. Clamps, slip or even shaft breakage are a thing of the past. Due to special chip dividers, only a little effort is required thanks to short chips in use and the machine wear is low. Long-lasting sharp cutting edges of the Z9 aluminum face toothing contribute to this. The tool runs smoothly, without rattling or vibrations.
