The PG Easy Purple Grain is an aggressive all-rounder with an impressive service life, specially developed for heavy duty applications. Even with a low application of force the compact grinding disc achieves impressive surface removal values, especially on steel but also on stainless steel. The integrated glass-fiber reinforced support plate provides for high stability and durability with a simultaneous comfort in use: Synchronisation and aggressiveness have been increased. The innovative PG-tool setup enables a uniform wear without overheating, becoming brittle or give out and the deep cropping zone permits a flat work. Thanks to its special tool geometry, the EASY compact grinding disc also reaches difficult to reach areas and thus offers more application possibilities than a conventional tool. The PG Easy is four times faster and especially robust as compared to the conventional grinding discs. The single-piece sanding surface provides many advantages: Reduced wear, optimized grain adhesion, long service life and less tool change. Another bonus is the self-sharpening effect through the ceramic grain, whereby an aggressive, cool grinding with a simultaneously low pressing force is made possible. When used, ceramic particles break off and thus make space for new ones with sharp blades. That's why this universal tool easily applies so it achieves extremely high removal rates and a considerable lifespan over the entire service life. Hardened surfaces, wear-resistant steels, tinder and hard layers, titanium alloys and armored welds are no problem and can be easily worked on in a short time.
