Description

The Crème Brûlée burner set is an important household gadget when preparing desserts with a caramel crust. This caramel crust is very common in Spanish and French cooking, and is becoming increasingly popular here in Germany too. It is unfortunately not possible to create this crust in the oven, as the dessert must be served cold and the crust hot, so this special gas burner is particularly well suited to this task.
