Description
Lexium SH3 servomotor for motion-based automation with PacDrive 3. This range of AC servomotors has a low rotor moment of inertia which enables a high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Owing to the winding technology, a higher power density results in a compact design This servo has a flange dimension of 205 mm and a motor length of 3 stacks. Its winding is optimized for torque and speed. It has a continuous standstill torque of 94.4 Nm and a peak torque of 330 Nm. The voltage-dependent rated speed reaches 2000 rpm with a nominal power of up to 5.5 kW. The shaft end is fitted with a key. The absolute optical encoder is designed as a sine/cos multiturn with high resolution of 128 periods per revolution, corresponding to WAS 131,072 points per rotation. There is no integrated holding brake. The motor cable is connected via an angled M40 plug and the encoder cable via an angled M23 plug to the corresponding Lexium 62 servo drives. The protection class of the shaft is in IP54 and of the housing in IP65.
