Description

The Volvo FH16 is one of the most popular trucks among motorists. Now there is this highlight also as TAMIYA model and this in a wooden transporter design. The model is delivered as a kit and already contains numerous accessories such as photo-etching parts for the radiator grille, tension locks with chains for securing loads and much more. The 70 cm long model is driven via the two rear axles. The powerful TAMIYA TR Mighty Tuned Truckmotor (35T) provides sufficient power and the rough tires provide good traction. For the drive, lighting and sound, the TAMIYA multi-function unit MFC-03 (300056523) is recommended. Due to the enormous length of the model, only the series MFC LED´s have to be replaced by the special ones with longer cables (56549 to 56551). The FH16 is the first TAMIYA truck model in which the driver's cab is screwed tightly. This allows the MFC to be installed behind the seats and the interior is fully visible.
