Description

It is very stable, can be easily used and is already fitted completely with stand, EQ-1-mounting, Finder telescope, 3 oculars, 2-fold Barlow lens and moon filter. The DELTA 1000 gives you impressive observation results of the moon, planets, stars, brighter fog, open clusters and clusters of stars of stars Even details of larger planets such as the ring of Saturn or the Jupiter moons become visible.
THE TELESCOPE - SOPHISTICATED NEWTON-CONSTRUCTION
The DÖRR DELTA 1000 is a reflector telescope or also a reflector tele telescope according to the Newton design. This design has proven itself over a long time. Generations of Astro names preferred the Newton design because of its many advantages. Despite the large focal length of 1000mm and an 114mm opening, the telescope tube is relatively compact. This is achieved by diverting the light from the main and catching mirrors. This makes the telescope not only more compact, but there are also no color defects – as with lens tele scopes often usual. The DELTA delivers a very good optical quality. The Newton design of the Astro tele telescope allows a side view. This provides for pleasant and fatigue-free observation pleasure, without bending or strain. Since mirrors are easier to produce than lenses, the DELTA 1000 offers an excellent price/performance ratio.
THE STAND – ABI L AND STILL ICH T
The telescope is mounted on an LT2 stand with aluminum tripod legs. It combines high stability with low weight. A big advantage if you want to transport the telescope once. The height of the tripod legs can be adjusted steplessly. In this way, a comfortable observation in an upright position is ensured - regardless of the height of the body. There is a support plate between the tripod legs. This is very useful for storing eyepieces and other accessories on it during the observations.
THE EQ-1 MOUNTING – FOR EXACT TRACKING
The parallel-latical mounting EQ-1 enables the alignment of the telescope and the precise tracking of celestial objects. The axes are aligned to the axis. Thus, only one axis has to be moved to compensate the arched earthing rotation. An exact tracking of the observed celestial bodies can thus be performed evenly. The object under observation thus always remains in the center of the field of view. Therefore the EQ-1 Equatorial mounting is also suitable for high magnifications. The movement of the pole axis and the declination axis as well as the tracking is done manually by means of rotary knobs for the fine movement, which are fixed on a flexible shaft respectively. The sliding counterweight and the two tube clamps, which allow the telescope to be positioned exactly on the mounting, keep the telescope in the optimum balance.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION - FAST, EASY AND COMFORTABLE
The components of the telescope are made in such a way that they can be set up quite easily and quickly. Even the operation of the telescope is simple. While you are following the observation objects with only one rotary knob, the sharpness can be set precisely via two dials. The rotary knob for the tracking sits on a flexible shaft and can be guided exactly at the position, at which a pleasant control is ensured for each height of the body. All setting options are designed in such a way that even beginners can immediately operate the telescope. No matter whether children, teenagers or adults - nothing stands in the way of a successful start in the world of Astro nomy.
THE HER binoculars 5x24 – QUICK LOCATING OF THE RPER.
The finder telescope is placed parallel on the telescopic tube and enables – after one-time adjustment – the quick detection of the desired celestial objects that you want to observe. A finder telescope is necessary because the viewing angle of telescopes is so low due to the high magnification that quick reference to celestial objects is not possible. The viewfinder mirror captures a larger area in the sky with the small magnification of only 5x and thus facilitates the quick alignment of the telescope to the desired object.
MOON FILTER – FOR ANTI-GLARE MOON ICH
The moon is illuminated by the sun. At full moon it looks unpleasantly bright while gazing through the eyepiece. The moon-filter included with the delivery is screwed to the rear side of the ocular and darkens the field of view neutrally. This basically works like sunglasses. Even longer observations of the full moon are pleasant and possible without dazzling. Also when observing Venus, use of the moon filter is recommended to reduce glare light.

Features

  • THE OCULARS - OPTICS FOR THE GOOD OVERVIEW
  • The eyepieces are part of the optical system. They are placed on the telescope and enable the insight. The used ocular affects the magnification of the telescope. Four oculars are included in the delivery of the DELTA telescope. They are equipped with a standardized 1.25" plug diameter:
  • ✓ SR4 dual-line eyepiece
  • With 4mm focal length in super Ramsden design for a magnification of 250x*
  • ✓ SR6 two-line ocular
  • With 6 mm focal length in super Ramsden design for a magnification of 167x*
  • ✓ H12.5 two-line ocular
  • With 12.5mm focal length in Huygens-design for a magnification of 80x
  • ✓ H20 two-line ocular
  • With 20mm focal length in Huygens-design for a magnification of 50x
  • THE 2-FOLD ARLO.WLENS - FOR STILL MORE MAGNIFICATION
  • The delivery of the DÖRR DELTA 1000 also includes a 2-way Barlow lens. It is mounted between the telescope and the ocular and doubles the magnification. This results in the following magnifications with attached Barlow lens:
  • SR4 Magnification 500x*
  • SR6 magnification 334x*
  • H12.5 magnification 160x
  • H20 zoom 100x
  • *The recommended maximum magnification for the DÖRR DELTA 1000 is 228x. Higher magnifications are technically possible, but do not lead to sharp observation results. The main reason for this is the air unrest in our Earth atmosphere. Further details on the telescope:
  • Focal length 1,000 mm
  • Light intensity about 1:8.8
  • Max. Tripod height: Approx. 131 cm
  • Min. Tripod height approx. 121 cm
