Description
BIRDIE
Our new member of the CAS family.
It is small, it is light, it is fast!
And that's not all. With the new birdie GESIPA has the smallest and lightest
Battery-operated rivet device of its performance class developed.
In addition, the ergonomic design has a balanced center of gravity as well as an slip-proof, handy grip.
Fatigue-free working is pre-programmed here!
The rivet unit covers a large working area: The birdie processes with a setting force of 10,000 N and a device stroke of 25 mm,
Blind rivets up to a diameter of 5 mm of all materials.
Like the Bird Pro series, the Birdie works with the proven batteries of the manufacturer-independent CAS-platform.
The birdie is not only convincing due to its size and weight, but also equipped with the latest and most innovative technology.
The blind rivet offers flexibility while working as well as unique advantages.
The benefits of BIRDIE at a glance
Light weight: With a battery of only 900 g, the Birdie is the smallest and lightest battery in its class and guarantees fatigue-free working
Large working range: 10 kN setting force and 25 mm device stroke, also suitable for extra long rivets
Ergonomic design: Small and handy
Tool-free - fast change: Extremely simple and fast changing of the mouthpiece and maintenance of the feed jaws
Coloured mouthpieces: Coloured pieces make it easier to allocate the blind rivet
