LUKAS' innovative U-Edge Pro offers a revolutionary solution for precise grinding of fillet seams. This eliminates the need for grinding and grinding discs for machining welding seams. Unlike conventional grinding tools, the grinding surface is not on the flat side but on the edge of the disc. The special U-shape of the tool enables the work on small surfaces as well as the processing of narrow corners and edges for precise and point-exact grinding results with high tool life. Whether for sanding over welded seams, sanding during correction welding, cleaning, paint stripping or optical optimization, the radial grinding surface on the disc allows the use on almost any weld seam. Thanks to multi-wound grinding lines, this patented tool always offers you constant results till the last grinding grain. In addition, the integrated edge protector prevents damage to the workpiece during welding seam processing.
