Description

New feature 2025: The BR 118 in FDJ design of the DR in Epoch IV. The model is equipped with a PSD XP sound decoder with a large speaker ex works.

The model bears the quality mark fit mfx®. In order to ensure that digital decoders can be used reliably for all users of the current Märklin digital centers, a new quality mark "fit mfx®" was introduced together with Märklin and other manufacturers. This can only be used by digital decoders that have passed a special mfx® test. These decoders and also the locomotives in which they are installed carry the quality mark "fit mfx®", which certifies the unrestricted mfx® functionality. This means that PIKO products with the "fits mfx®" logo now fully support the many and varied functions of mfx®.
