Description
Battery cut-diodes enable simultaneous charging several batteries from a power source without the single batteries are connected to each other. Thus, for example, the on-board power battery charged without at the same time also the starter battery with discharge.
Through the use of modern shottky-dioden is also the voltage loss kept small. It is at low currents approx. 0.3 V and the nominal current of approx. 045 V.
