Thanks to the safety standards IEC 61010-1 and CAT IV 1000 V as well as IP67, it is heat resistant and cold resistant and is just as suitable for use in rain and snow as in hot industrial environments. Even falls from a height of up to five meters can do nothing to the 2-component casing with protective rubber coating.

Convenient features
A number of clever functions make the VOLTCRAFT VC 480 a valuable partner for professionals in the areas of electrical engineering, mounting and service technology: The battery warning indicator protects against sudden failures of rechargeable batteries. Automatic switch-off and backlighting save energy and provide for comfortable reading of the display. Display of exceeding the range, DATA Hold function to freeze the measuring values as well as peak value and polarity display are only some of the many practical features.

Numerous measurement functions
From AC frequency measurements via diode tests up to temperature measurements in the range of -10 to 1000°C a large number of functions are available, the results of which are shown with a high resolution of 600,000 counts (only for DC voltages).
