Description
Opel had already presented the WIKING model at the Short Hauer Show in the program. The "small" articulated train was on the basis of the model of the body-forge "Dinkel" in the then Opel brochure. WIKING founder Fritz Peltzer decided to build the Opel Blitz in several different variants. For example, the Blitz short hood introduced by Opel in 1960 found its WIKING program presence as a flat semitrailer a little later. Today trailers with Opel Blitz tractors are a real rarity in the wide range of classic cars.Leaf green driver's cab. Tinted glass, front side silver decorative rat as well as Opel logo and headlight silver. Door handles silver. Chassis with saddle plate and wing in black gray. Rims in leaf green Leaf green semi-trailer platform with mouse-gray inlay. Semi-trailer chassis and rear fenders in black gray. Rear lights on tractor and trailer painted red. Platform with logo "Dinkel" in black.
