Description

transcend's MTE662T M.2 SSD has a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 3 x4 interface and is compatible with the NVM Express (NVMe) 1.3 specifications to achieve convincing transfer speeds. The MTE662T has the latest 3D NAND technology, with which 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips can be stacked vertically. This density increase significantly improves storage efficiency compared to 64-slice 3D NAND. The MTE662T is equipped with a DRAM cache for fast access and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. It has a load capacity of 3K program/deletion cycles.
