Description
With the presentation of the Vectron a new chapter was opened in the history of the Siemens locomotive. The Vectron features a particularly aerodynamic design, an especially good crash safety as well as great flexibility. The advantage for Vectron's customers lies in the countless possibilities of carrying out its technical features. A modular modular construction system ensures that different requirements of the respective railway companies can be met. In this way, locomotives for different power systems, speeds or train fuses are available.
Siemens test, homologation or demonstration locomotives include all locomotives used by Siemens Mobility itself. These machines have a white paint finish with a dark gray frame.
