Description

Lithium batteries are available in many different versions, which differ in cathode, electrolyte and separator. They are available in different designs and sizes to cover a wide range of applications. Due to their high voltage of 3 volts, the high capacity, the wide temperature range and their long shelf life due to their low self-discharge, they find a wide range of applications. The main applications for lithium button cells are car keys, watches, medical devices, toys, LED torches and of course every form of memory back-up.
