Description
The special EMV braided hoses are made of tinned-copper and polyester yarn and used for secure cable bundling. This mixture allows flexible expansion and fitting of the hose. Unlike pure metal braided hoses, this braided hose contracts to its original diameter to protect the cables. Helagaine HEGEMIP is especially suitable for applications with increased movement. An inner supporting tube provides dimensional stability and ensures simple cable insertion and transport protection. The high flexibility, excellent shielding and good resistance to abrasion are ideal characteristics for industrial applications. Both hoses fulfil the requirements of the international EMC standard CISPR25 (10KHz to 1GHz).
Applications:
Helagaine EMV braided hoses are used for devices with highly sensitive electronics, e.g. large electrical devices, radio equipment and electronically controlled vehicle parts.
