Description
For simple bearings as e.g. in agricultural machinery, conveyor systems, construction machines The UCFL unit consists of a sealed bearing and a housing of pedestal bearing made of cast iron The attachment of shaft is done by means of stud screws at the inner ring. Misalignments at the shaft can become balanced by the spherical exterior surface of the bearing
Hints
Housing Bearing units have bearing inserts with spherical (balligen) outer ring. The seat is hohlkugelig. Therefore escape housing bearing units, angle errors are balanced.
The bearing in the housing can be up to approx. 4° - 6° in alignment.
The housing bearing is applied at the mounting of the two shaft ends of self-correct polarity. Therefore, it is not necessary that the units in the delivery condition exactly aligned.
