Jumo 60000489 Bang-bang Twin thermostat 175 °C (max.) 10 A relay

Its impact-resistant housing with high-quality plastic cover and die-cast aluminum base makes the mechanical double thermostat very robust and can also be used under harsh conditions. The device consists of two temperature monitors in which the desired shutdown temperature can be set independently of each other by means of a screwdriver on a scale after the housing cover is removed. &Lt,br>,The temperature monitors are characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +0/-1.5% in the upper scale third and have a switching difference (hysteresis) of about 3 to 4% of the scale range. After reaching the shutdown point, the temperature monitors switch off and after falling below the switch-off temperature by the value of the switching difference automatically return to the original state again. A decisive advantage is that no additional power supply is required for measuring the temperature. The electrical connection is made by screw terminals directly at the micro switches in-built, which can directly switch a maximum permissible switching power of AC 230 Volt / 10 A. &Lt,br>,The measurement systems used work according to the fluid expansion principle and can be used without problems up to a maximum permissible sensor temperature of 175 °C. The dip tube made of nickel-plated brass has a diameter of 15 mm. It is attached by a thread G 1/2 Form A according to DIN 3852/2. The maximum ambient temperature on the housing (protection class IP54) is 80 °C.<,br>,The thermostat is very flexible and is used in the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, equipment and machinery as well as in furnace construction, in district heating transfer stations and for temperature monitoring in laboratories and climate chambers. The device is approved in accordance with DIN EN 14597 and has EAC approval.
