Jumo 60001263 Bang-bang Temperature sensor 230 °C (max.) 16 A relay

The galvanized steel plate housing makes the 1-pole mechanical thermostat very robust and can also be used in harsh conditions. The measuring system used works according to the principle of liquid expansion and can be used without any problem up to a maximum admissible sensor temperature of 230 °C. The smooth round sensor made of copper has a diameter of 6 mm with a probe length of approx. 113 mm. The remote control cable of the thermostat is also made of copper and can be laid flexibly under consideration of a bending radius of 5 mm. The maximum permissible ambient temperature at the switching head (protection class IP00) is 80 °C. The switching head is attached with the aid of a mounting bridge using two screws M3 x 22. With the help of a screwdriver the desired shutdown temperature on a scale can be set easily. The temperature monitor is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +/- 1.5 % in the upper scale third. A decisive advantage is that no additional power supply is required for measuring the temperature. The electrical connection is made at the flat plugs (A 6.3 x 0.8 DIN 46244) of the switching set, which can directly switch a maximum permissible switching power of AC 230 Volt / 16 A. The thermostat has a switching difference (hysteresis) of 2.5 % of the scale range and switches back to the original state automatically when the switch-off temperature falls below this value. The temperature monitor can be used very flexibly and is used both in the heating, air-conditioning, ventilation technology as well as in the plastic industry, in apparatus and oven construction as well as for temperature monitoring in laboratories and climate chambers. The device is approved according to DIN EN 14597 and has UL and EAC approval.
