Description
Keithley's 2450 is a next-generation Source Measure Unit (SMU), which allows for real testing according to Ohm's law (current, voltage, and resistance). The innovative graphical user interface (GUI) and advanced capacitive touch screen technology allow intuitive operation with minimal learning curve, making it easier for engineers and scientists to invent, work smarter and learn faster. The Model 2450 is an SMU for all cases: A versatile instrument, particularly well suited for characterizing today's modern semiconductors, nanometer components and materials, organic semiconductors, printed electronics and other microelectronics and low-power components. All this combined with Keithley's legendary precision, resolution, accuracy and reliability. The engineers and scientists benefit from a new and intuitive user-friendliness in source measurement tests according to the motto Touch, Test, InventTM.
