Metz Connect 150C029DK0020E FO socket Pure white 1 pc(s)

The future of fiber expansion – compact, design-strong and ready-to-install.

With our innovative flush-mounted glass fiber connection socket (UP0) the high-speed networking becomes so simple and aesthetic as never before. Thanks to its ultra-compact design, it fits perfectly into standard flush-mounted, hollow wall and dado trunking boxes starting from a depth of 45 mm and remains fully designer: It is effortlessly compatible with the central pieces and cover plates of all the common switch ranges and so fits invisibly to any room concept.

But the true strength lies in the clever installation. The box comes completely ready-to-assemble – equipped with a robust single-mode internal cable and a high-quality LC-D coupling for up to two patch cables. For maximum durability, the cable is fixed and strain relieved via Kevlar. The other end of the cable remains open so that it can be flexibly inserted, retracted or blown into empty tubes – Ideal for splicing or for the quick mounting of field-ready connectors such as the OpDAT FAST® HYBRID.

The handling at the construction site also sets new standards: The white, only 4.5 mm thin mini-breakout cable is wound-up on a cardboard drum so that it can be mounted easily. With cable lengths of 10 to 60 meters, it can be quickly and easily rolled directly out of the carton, without having to remove the drum. Technically, the integrated, bend-insensitive single-mode fiber (OS2, E9/125 µm according to ITU-T G.657.A2 and backwards-compatible to G.652.D) ensures uncompromising future security and maximum bending tolerance. Design your perfect connection simply yourself – all the available versions can be individually compiled in no time via our configurator.
