Description
The TC 4469 can be used to construct stepped motor controllers, speed controllers with change of direction or 3-phase control. Small motors can be directly driven from the IC. MOSFETs must be fitted downstream for high currents . The inputs are C-MOS compatible which means they can be directly connected to processor controllers or logic components. Also usable as CCD and relay drivers.
