Description
Carbon fiber reinforced filament has low density, high strength and is resistant to corrosion, static electricity and high temperatures. Long-life nozzles
The new silicon carbide nozzles have excellent wear resistance and heat conductivity, which effectively reduces the abrasion to which the carbon fiber composite filament exposes the nozzle while printing, and makes the nozzle more durable.
Dual direct-drive extrusion system
The gears are made of high-strength steel and are heat treated for better wear resistance.
With a custom tooth profile, the filament is held firmly in place to ensure that it does not slip when extruding. The force of the system is increased to ensure the stability of the pressure.
Developed for printing carbon-fiber reinforced filament
The E2CF is perfectly combined with the RAISE3D industrial PA12 CF filament and its backing. In the future, further carbon-fiber reinforced filaments will be available for the E2CF, such as RAISE3D's PPA CF, PET CF, PPS CF (with a printing temperature between 280-300ºC). Third-party filaments certified by the RAISE3D Open Filament Program, such as BASF and LEHVOSS, will also be available for the E2CF later.
The RAISE3D industrial PA12 CF filament is reinforced with short carbon fibers and has excellent rigidity and strength, heat resistance, low distortion and low water absorption. RAISE3D Industrial PA12 CF Support filament
RAISE3D industrial PA12 CF support filament is a snap-off support material specially developed for carbon fiber reinforced composite materials. During the 3D printing process it creates a stable support structure, which ensures good adhesion on the printed surfaces and counteracts any tendency to deform. This significantly improves the surface quality of the overhangs and depressions of the printed objects. After printing, the carrier structure can easily be removed or canceled from the printed parts. This carrier material has a broad compatibility with many high-performance carbon fiber reinforced composite materials and is more cost-effective than water-soluble carrier material.
