Schneider Electric LXMRL07S0000 LXMRL07S0000 Industrial robot

Lexium Cobot is a range of collaborative robots to help workers with repetitive hand movements. The collaborative Lexium robot has 6 degrees of freedom that enable it to perform movements that resemble human gestures, thus relieving it from heavy and repetitive activities. This collaborative robot can carry a load of 7 kg and has an action radius of 819 mm. Lexium Cobot is designed to help workers complete repetitive and laborious tasks and protect their health by automating assembly lines. Its max. Action speed is 2.5 meters/second, its position accuracy is +/-0.02 mm, and its operating temperature ranges from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. It has 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 analogue output and an integrated torque monitoring, in order to protect the worker from collisions. The protection class is IP54. It is made of aluminum and weighs 22 kg. The collaborative robot can be used for fast and safe repetitive applications such as gluing, machine adjustment, palletizing, assembling, welding and gluing. It is certified in accordance with GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001 and marked. This robot is monitored by a controller and can be connected to a force sensor base, a force sensor flange and a 2D camera. It can be mounted in any position, e.g. on the floor, wall or ceiling. Collaborative robots are people's work companions and make their work easier. The collaborative robot is a step toward Industry 4.0, where the operator will work with intelligent and manipulative robots.
