Usage areas: For steel, cast steel alloyed and unalloyed (up to 900 N/mm² strength), grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, spheroid iron and pressure casting, sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite, short-chipping aluminium alloys, brass and bronze Spiral angle: 20 - 30°Ø-tolerance h 8 • right-handed cutting • Ausspitzung: from Ø 3.0 mm · etched to DIN 1412 C · tip angle: 118° · Surface: titanium nitride coated properties · As HSS-G plus titanium nitride coating · The TIN coating increases the surface hardness of approx. 2300 HV and the heat hardened resistance up to 600°C.
