Technical specifications

7561-01 - GEDORE - Torque wrench DREMOMETER B A+S 1/2" 25-120 Nm
Technical advantage/function:
Locking and securing (A+S) prevents accidental or manipulated adjustment, thus more process safety
for the user classified according to DIN EN ISO 6789:2003 Type II Class A, with a traceable factory certificate. Calibrated for a permissible deviation of +/- 3 % and better. The specification of the standard (+/- 4 %) is easily exceeded for your safety
, but robust (since housing made of one piece of aluminum) and insensitive, very workshop-friendly
no value shifts and influence of the accuracy by working both-handed or operating outside the grip (as with conventional torque wrenches).
Both the drive square as a pivot point are in an axis thus highly reliable for use, Extendable to work load of the user reduce
extremely low wear by reducing the force of the lever mechanics
forged lever chain from the Group's own quality forge
highest precision even with strong continuous use
long life and long service life
simple operation - fast and safe torque tightening
simple and double square for controlled right or left-handed tightening
Use:
Controlled screw suit in the range of 6 - 3000 N
m
Use in almost all industrial production areas
Design:
With certificate according to DIN EN ISO 6789, traceable to the national standard via the company's own DAkkS laboratory
Automatic short-travel release with sensitive and audible signal
Double scale with corresponding scale division (see table)
Type B, BC, C
with push button release Fixed threshing meter for series production, Where the same value must be set If
factory default setting is required, please specify N
m value when ordering (price on request)

Features

Technical advantage/function:
Pre-set value locking and safety device (A+S) eliminates the possibility of unintentional or manipulated adjustment, thereby representing more process reliability of the user
Classified to DIN EN ISO 6789:2017 Type II Class A, with a factory certificate. Working accuracy: +/- 3 % tolerance of scale set torque. The specification of the standard (+/- 4 %) is exceeded.
Lightweight and robust (as housing is made of an aluminium alloy), very workshop-friendly
No inaccuracies whether used with both hands or held away from the handle (as for standard torque wrenches). Both the square drive and fulcrum are on an axis which ensures a high degree of user safety; can be extended to reduce the user's working load.
Extremely low wear attributable to reduced forces in a unique lever mechanism
Forged lever chain from our own quality forge
Maximum precision even when subjected to extreme continuous use
Long life cycles and tool lives
Easy operation - fast and safe torque tightening
Single- and double-square drive for controlled bi-directional tightening Use:
Controlled screw tightening in the range 6 - 3000 N
m
For use in almost all industrial manufacturing areas Features:
With certificate acc. to DIN EN ISO 6789, traceable via in-house DAkkS laboratory to national standards
Automatic short-path actuation with tactile impulse and audible signal
Dual scale with corresponding scale graduation (see table)
Type B, BC, C with push-button release
Pre-set DREMOMETER for serial production wherever the same value always needs to be applied
The pre-setting can be made at the factory or by the user on suitable torque testers
If ordering, please specify the N
m value - if a fixed factory pre-setting is desired (price on request)
