The AX 131 are precision thermoelement temperature sensors of the type K. The penetration and immersion sensors are designed for use in gases, liquids and soft materials. The surface sensor variants are optimized for touching measurement on hard surfaces. The sensor tube is made of rust-free and temperature-resistant stainless steel, suitable for constant contact with food.
