Gesipa 1680296 Cordless riveter 1 pc(s)

PowerBird Pro Gold Edition
Strong for large numbers of items and fast work sequence.

Even stronger
Even more powerful due to the brushless motor and the 20,000 N putting force.
The auto-reverse function enables a faster setting process, the PowerBird® Pro GE is immediately ready for use again.
The device stroke of 25 mm means that even long rivets is easy.

Even faster, almost no wear
Since no brushes are susceptible to wear, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition motor is extremely durable.
Almost wear-free and ensures reliable fastest setting frequencies.

Proven and ergonomic
The PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is also equipped with the proven,
Low wear lining baking system and ergonomic design of the TAURUS series.

The variable

Bird Pro-Series with pressing release It is guaranteed,
That the components to be riveted are placed reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process.
It is also ensured that the blind rivet reaches its end position in the hole before the setting process and that the setting head lies against it.
The pressing force can be set variably by springs depending upon the application. The Operation The push-button release mechanism
Is also installed on the release button of the device. It allows the rivet unit to be triggered only when an adjustable pressure force is reached
To which the components are reached. This ensures that the various components of the application are pressed together correctly before the riveting process is carried out.
This prevents uncontrolled deformation of the rivet shaft between the materials, which otherwise remained undetected.
The pressing force can be varied in five steps. Adjustment is made by adding or removing springs.
Thus an unintended adjustment of the defined clamping force is excluded. The standard release button
A push button arranged in series was upstream. Only when the selected spring force is overcome
And to achieve the defined pressure, the rivet operation can be triggered by pressing the yellow release button.
The push release is delivered completely mounted only. Retrofitting is only possible via GESIPA.
