Description
The food knife RSC-432 is NSF-certified and Ideal for gastronomy and production companies. It has a unique, self-activating protective cover that protects the user. The hood closes automatically after each cut and covers the blade, whereby injuries are almost prevented. The safety blade is firmly installed, so that no blades can come loose in food operation. The silently adhesive tape cutter also reduces the risk of injury. For better hold, we recommend the combination with the holster UKH-443 and the spiral guard CL-36.
