Description
This unique probe offers two eight-channel groups and simplifies the connection with the device to be tested. When connected to square pins, the P6316 can be connected directly to 8 x 2 square pins with 1/10" pitch. If greater flexibility is required in the attachment, the enclosed connection cables and grip clamps can be used to connect SMD devices or test points. The P6316 offers excellent electrical properties and generates only an 8 pF load at 101 kΩ input impedance.
