The TCP0020 and TCP2020 are a family of powerful, easy-to-operate AC/DC current switches designed for use with a wide range of oscilloscopes. The TCP0020 is designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with TekVPI™ probe interface and TCP202A for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekProbe™ probe interface. The TCP2020 is designed for use with all devices with BNC inputs and an input terminal of 100 kΩ. These AC/DC current probes provide sufficient power to support a measuring system bandwidth of 50 MHz.
