The new non-contact voltage tester "Testboy 115 Bit" detects live conductors from 12V AC to 1000 V AC. It can also be used on low-voltage systems, cable breaks in extension cables, defective lamps, light chains and defective fuses. Defects are detected by means of the capacitive measuring procedure within a few seconds, hundredth of a meter precisely and do not require any current flow for this purpose. An optical display shows the voltage displays: Red LED with voltage display of 110 V - 1000 V AC; blue LED when 12V mode is activated; violet LED with voltage display of 12 V - 1000 V AC. The Testboy 115 bit recognizes phase conductors in single-phase and three-phase networks. A built-in bit holder enables the function of a screwdriver.
