Battery maintenance station with hohem charging current and perfect charging monitoring
The charger Energy 16 plus, which is monitored by microcontroller, can be charged to 1 - 12 AAA/AA, 1-6 C/D C/D, 1-2 9V block NiCd/NiMH rechargeable batteries.
Two additional USB sockets offer the option of mobile devices with permanently installed rechargeable batteries, such as smartphones, PDAs, MP3 players, portable game consoles, Navigation devices and any USB-enabled devices.
Maintain and refresh batteries
After inserting the batteries, the charger starts an automatic diagnosis and a capacity quick test for approx. ten seconds. Depending on the condition of the battery, the device selects a gentle pre-charging and/or refresh program or initiates the actual charging process. The Refresh mode makes damaged batteries powerful again by storage or memory effect and extends their service life considerably. A rechargeable battery can thus be ""revived"" gently.
