Ersa 0IC2205VIT Soldering station 150 W 150 - 450 °C

Auxiliary acts · Deep notice · Suit case.
With the i-CON 2V MK2, Ersa has developed a combination soldering station, which justifies the demands on the higher operating temperatures and the increasingly smaller process windows of lead-free soldering processes. The electronic station has a second connection for another i-tool or alternatively for tools for desoldering SMD components or wired components. i-CON-Series is naturally anti-static.
A firmware update can be implemented via the Micro-SD card slot.

Innovative technology – the highlights at a glance:
· User-friendly "one-touch" operation of the software with online help and easy menu navigation via i-Op menu selection. Large multifunction display.
· Three energy power levels are available, which regulate the heating element depending on the required heat requirement. In the highest setting, the system supplies the maximum power of 150 W. In the low output stage, the power is strictly controlled and the temperature cannot be overshot.
Processing window and alarm informs the operator visually and audibly if the temperature leaves the preselected temperature process window.
· Additional i-Set Tool Vario soldering stations can be configured and blocked automatically using the i-Set tool option. The station settings can be quickly and easily downloaded (as with a USB stick) from an i-CON to the i-SET tool and loaded onto another station within 5 s.

I-Tool
The i-Tool is an extremely light, powerful fine soldering iron with a wide range of inexpensive long-life soldering tips. 150 W power provides for a quick heating up/reheating behavior. Process window alarm Energy power levels and automatic stand-by sensor give the i-CON user an unprecedented process control.
The calibration data of the i-Tool are saved on the PCB in the soldering iron's handle. All i-Tool can be calibrated at a central point since calibration is independent of the control station.
The integrated Tip'N'Turn bayonet lock makes it easy and quick to change tips and improves performance from 20-25% compared to screw connections.
