Jumo 60002009 Bang-bang Twin thermostat 150 °C (max.) 10 A relay

Its impact-resistant housing with high-quality plastic cover and die-cast aluminum base makes the mechanical double thermostat very robust and can also be used under harsh conditions. The device consists of a temperature control and a safety temperature monitor (STW). Temperature setting of the thermostat is carried out on a scale with the aid of a setpoint. The desired shutdown temperature of the safety temperature monitor can be adjusted on a scale with the help of a screwdriver after the housing cover is removed. &Lt,br>,The temperature controller is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +0/-1.5% in the upper scale third and has a switching difference (hysteresis) of about 3 to 4% of the scale range. It automatically switches back to its original status after reaching the switch-off point and after falling below the switch-off temperature by the value of the switching difference. &Lt,br>,The safety temperature monitor is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +0/-5% in the upper scale third and has a switching difference (hysteresis) of about 4 to 6% of the scale range. It automatically switches back to its original status after reaching the switch-off point and after falling below the switch-off temperature by the value of the switching difference. In addition, the safety temperature monitor has a self-monitoring function so that the circuit of the STW is permanently opened when the measuring system is destroyed. The switching contact of the STW is then in the neutral position, so that no contacts are switched. Furthermore, the temperature of the sensor cools to approx. -20 °C of the circuit also opened, only when the temperature rises above approx. -20 °C the contact is closed again.<,br>,A decisive advantage is that no additional power supply is needed for measuring the temperature. The electrical connection is made by screw terminals directly at the micro switches in-built, which can directly switch a maximum permissible switching power of AC 230 Volt / 10 A. &Lt,br>,The measurement systems used work according to the fluid expansion principle and can be used without problems up to a maximum permissible sensor temperature of 150 °C. The dip tube made of nickel-plated brass has a diameter of 15 mm. It is attached by a thread G 1/2 Form A according to DIN 3852/2. The maximum ambient temperature on the housing (protection class IP54) is 80 °C.<,br>,The thermostat is very flexible and is used in the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, equipment and machinery as well as in furnace construction, in district heating transfer stations and for temperature monitoring in laboratories and climate chambers. The device is approved according to DIN EN 14597 and DGRL and has an EAC approval.
