Description

The DSX-602 CableAnalyzer is the indispensable certification tool for copper, twisted pair structured cabling from Cat 3 / Class C to Cat 6A / Class EA. It is characterized by speed and reliability that make you more efficient and productive. The gesture-based interface allows your technicians to spend less time interpreting screens and more time testing. The 500 MHz frequency range certifies the Cat 6A/Class EA cabling for 10 Gigabit Ethernet in just 10 seconds. Advanced diagnostic functions locate the location of an error.

LinkWare™ with the cloud-based live service lets you manage certification orders anytime, anywhere, on any device.

Features

Cat 6A certification in 10 seconds
The DSX-602 CableAnalyzer provides you with a complete solution that optimizes every aspect of the certification order, from setup, testing and troubleshooting to reporting to the customer. The DSX-602 performs E/Cat 6 certification tests in just 9 seconds and EA/Cat 6A in 10 seconds, in full compliance with industry standards and with the industry's highest accuracy. This incredible speed means you can test hundreds of links in an eight-hour shift.
Quickly fix errors
If a connection fails, the DSX-602 HDTDR and HDTDX algorithms quickly identify the point of failure (distance from the tester). Instead of spending time doing trial and error corrections - and testing again to find out if the problem has been resolved - the technician knows exactly where to look to fix the faulty connection. Even if only two percent of the cables certified in a shift do not pass the Autotest, you can save up to two hours of time per day on certification.
Fast, even if you don't test
The DSX-602 is not just a quick way to test. The ProjX™ system manages job requests and progress from setup to system acceptance and ensures that all tests are performed correctly the first time. The gesture-based user interface of Taptive™, the bright color display, the large memory and the built-in voice function all contribute to overall productivity and at the same time improve the user-friendliness. Longer battery life means you can do more with a single charge. All this adds up to save you time and money every day.
